ENHANCING PERSONAL SAFETY IN EDUCATIONAL SETTINGS: FACTORS AND OPPORTUNITIES

Abstract
This article explores psychological safety within the education system, focusing on municipal monitoring and the analysis of psychological and sociocultural risks in educational environments. The study introduces an experimental model that evaluates individual competencies as indicators of adaptive resources for personal safety in educational settings. The findings highlight the successful incorporation of Russian methodological approaches in understanding the personal and sociocultural factors influencing an individual's psychological safety.
