DIGITAL SOCIALLY-ORIENTED PLATFORM AS A TOOL FOR CONTINUOUS PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT OF A TEACHER

Abstract
The article discusses the conceptual positions of the creation and organization of the digital platform, the targets of which are aimed at the continuous professional and personal development of the teacher. Its roles and features in the conditions of digital transformation of society and education, structure, principles of construction and functions of activity are revealed. The possibilities of the digital platform in the optimization of educational relations of various subjects of the educational ecosystem of the region, in their professional and personal development are substantiated.
