ANALYST PSYCHOLOGICAL APPROACHES TO THE STUDY OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP
Abstract
In this material on the psychology of entrepreneurship, we present analytics showing that individual aspects, such as self-efficacy and the need for achievement, as well as entrepreneurial orientation, are very much connected with entrepreneurship (business creation and business success). Constructs that were developed in the framework of entrepreneurship research, as well as how they can be better understood by taking a psychological perspective, are considered.
