ТРЕНИНГ ЛИЧНОСТНОГО РОСТА КАК МЕТОД ПСИХОЛОГИЧЕСКОГО СОПРОВОЖДЕНИЯ СПОРТСМЕНОВ ЮНОШЕСКОГО ВОЗРАСТА

Abstract
This article is aimed at considering the features of the experience of loneliness by young athletes in the context of psychological well-being. The paper considers the concepts of experiencing loneliness, psychological well-being, and features of the psychological portrait of young athletes. It is determined that personal growth training is one of the most effective methods of psychological support for athletes with a high level of loneliness.
