THE IMPACT OF THE "SELF-KNOWLEDGE" PROGRAM ON IMPROVING THE SOCIO-PSYCHOLOGICAL CLIMATE IN KAZAKHSTANI SCHOOLS
Abstract
Abstract. The article reveals the significance of the "Self-knowledge" program as a factor of harmonization of relationships in the school community. The authors substantiated the necessity and expediency of considering the school climate as an integrative indicator of the effectiveness of the educational system. The purpose of the article is to show the impact of the "Self-knowledge" program on improving the socio-psychological climate in Kazakhstani schools. Statistical data illustrating the attitude of teachers, students and parents to the educational system of the school based on the "Self-knowledge" program are presented.
