ROLE MODELS CONFIGURATIONS IN GEN-Z FEMALE WITHIN THE CONTEXT OF EXPECTATIONS

Abstract

Abstract. This paper focuses on commonly‐reported issues about a digital transformation of the social reality, a vertical of social role models loss and the aspect of individualization in which today's generation looks for routes in their search for an independent, adult identity. Based on research investigations general trends describe images of generation cohorts called X, Y, Z are considered. This study examined the relationship between actual roles, role models and social role expectations in Gen-Z female. In relation to the study issue, Pearson's chi-squared test was effectively used. Study findings and implications for research are discussed.
