OPTIMIZATION OF STRESS IN WORKERS OF SOCIAL SPHERE BY MEANS OF GENERATING GAMES
Abstract
The authors of the article show the theoretical approaches to the phenomenon of stress resistance, including from the standpoint of adaptability of the individual in the framework of professional activity. The article introduces the specifics of the social sphere and shows the method of generating games and features of their application in the context of optimizing the stress resistance of social workers. Methodological analysis of the method of generating games demonstrates their value in the fact that the game has fixed manifestations of knowledge management in the creation of theoretical models for solving production situations, and the games themselves, in turn, can act as a factor affecting not only the adaptation in the profession, but also the effectiveness of the social worker in the profession.
