PEDAGOGICAL MANAGEMENT IN THE CONTENT OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF FUTURE TEACHERS
Abstract
The article discusses the features of training future teachers to implement pedagogical management, as well as its role in the professional development of specialists. On the basis of the analysis of the works of foreign and Kazakhstan scientists, pedagogical approaches to the content of education were analyzed: cognitive, culturological, personality-oriented, competence-based, etc. The content structure of various aspects of pedagogical management was also highlighted, namely: cognitive-informative, activity-based, reflective, and value-based - motivational.
