НЕЙРОННЫЕ МЕХАНИЗМЫ ИСКАЖЕНИЙ ВНИМАНИЯ ПРИ СОЦИАЛЬНОЙ ТРЕВОГЕ
Abstract
В статье рассмотрена проблема нейронных механизмов искажения внимания при социальном тревожном расстройстве, социальной тревоге. Дан обзор современных исследований нейронных маркеров мониторинга эффективности, внимания к ошибкам (ERN – error-related negativity – «негативность, связанная с ошибкой»). При социальном тревожном расстройстве и социальной тревоге характерна повышенная амплитуда ERN, свидетельствующая об избыточном мониторинге «угроз-ошибок» при выполнении работы, самофокусировке внимания.
