PRESERVATION OF THE PSYCHOLOGICAL HEALTH OF THE TEACHER AS AN IMPORTANT FACTOR IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF EFFECTIVE PROFESSIONAL COMMUNICATION

Abstract
The article discusses the importance of psychological health of a teacher. The ways of preserving and developing health, which directly affects the process and the result of the quality of pedagogical activity, are proposed. The author conducted an analytical review of psychological and pedagogical literature on this problem, conducted a diagnosis of psychological health and the formation of communicative and personal qualities, noted an increase in the number of teachers experiencing emotional burnout, showed specific methods of working with educators and future teachers, assessed the effectiveness of the program for the formation of professional communication and health care. It is proved that the adapted system of work has a beneficial effect not only on the psychological state of participants in the educational process, but also guarantees the effectiveness of their professional activities, thereby determining the success of the education system as a whole. This experience can be useful for familiarization of teachers of all levels of education.
