FEATURES OF APPLICATION OF MUSICAL ACCOMPANYING IN PREPARATION OF SPORTS AT THE STAGE OF PERFECTION OF SPORTS SKILLS
Abstract
The article examines the features of the use of musical accompaniment in the training of girls 17–20 years of age at the stage of improving sportsmanship. Musical accompaniment as an additional tool affecting the physical and psychological training of an athlete, allows you to prevent the emergence of negative mental states in the training process.
