PREDPROFILNAYA TRAINING OF TRAINERS IN PRESENT DEVELOPMENT STAGE OF THE FORMATION
Abstract
The problems of professionalism be the focus of the attention of physiologists, sociologists, philosophers, psychologists, doctors, jurists. Employer searches for the highly skilled workers, who manage several specialties and who combine professional preparation, communicative competence, habits of owner's and administrative work. If fifteen years ago apprehension caused that the fact that only 25% graduates selected the profession under the effect of the school, then today according to the degree of influence on the selection of profession school began to occupy one of the key places. Taking into account that precisely in the school the emotional, social and mental making of a personality occurs, it is necessary to use all possibilities of school formation for the professional orientation of trainers.
