ROLE PATTERNS OF THE INTEGRATED INDIVIDUALITY STRUCTURE IN IT EMPLOYEES
Abstract
The questions analyzed in the article are related to the understanding of components of the interactive role structure of IT employees. The role category is considered in the aspect of integrative components, where the set of structure parameters determines a qualitatively new formation and the process content that is irreducible to their simple additive set. The assumption is formulated that role configurations can act as integrating elements of an IT employee individuality. The article presents the results of the factor analysis and a discussion of the four factors of the constructed empirical model, including vigour and competition, intuitiveness and acceptance, closedness and control, and initiative and inquisitiveness.
