CONFLICT BEHAVIOUR STRATEGY CORRELATION WITH ETHICAL VALUES
Abstract
The problem of conflict resolution becomes more and more relevant with each passing day. The constructive conflict resolution brings reduction of outlays and reaching the highest extent of satisfaction for all parties. There are external and inner reasons which influence the course of conflict development. In the article correlation between ethical values of concrete person and preferred conflict behavior strategy is examined. The results of empirical research are produced. New instruments for examining the issue are produced.
