PREREQUISITES FOR THE FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE NATIONAL SYSTEM OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION OF STUDENTS IN IRAQ

Abstract
The article presents the results of a study of the prerequisites for the formation and development of the national system of physical education of students in Iraq. It shows the contradictory and complex nature of the process under consideration, the influence of foreign and domestic political, as well as socio-economic and pedagogical factors on the system of physical education of students. The conclusion is made about the beginning of the formation of the system of physical education of students in Iraq since 1974. The article describes the achievements and problems in the field of physical education of students in Iraq during this period.
