Abstract
Abstract. The central purpose of the research was to show the importance of improving the level of language competencies of University employees and teaching staff, which contributes to improving the competitiveness and growth of the University's rating at the regional and international level. English gives a wide range of opportunities like internships in European countries, access to the world information base, wide audience for sharing experience. Therefore, the higher the level of language competence, the higher the University's personnel potential.
