THE HISTORY OF FORMATION OF THE COMPETENCE-BASED APPROACH IN EDUCATION IN CHINA AND RUSSIA
Abstract
An analysis of the scientific literature indicates that the transformation of the terms "competence" and "competence" takes a long time. The article discusses the interpretation of the terms "competence" and "competence" by different authors. It is shown that the volume and content of these concepts differ depending on the area of knowledge of the author. The principles and approaches in education are described from the standpoint of the competence-based approach in Russia and China, the stages of modernization of education. The features of advanced training of teachers in China are presented.
