ПРЕДИСЛОВИЕ
Abstract
Вопросы профессионального развития в последние годы все чаще привлекают внимание психологов по всему миру. Здесь мы встречаемся с широким спектром собственно психологической феноменологии, требующей внимания, тщательного изучения и объяснения. В первую очередь, это вопросы методологии и теории профессионального развития субъекта, его движущих сил, условий, источников и механизмов. Поэтому в фокус психологического исследования особенностей профессионального развития непременно входит проблематика, непосредственно связанная с развитием психики и личности в онтогенезе, динамикой потребностей субъекта, становлением мотивов, порождением смыслов, отстаиванием субъективных ценностей.Downloads
