THE ROLE OF SCIENTIFIC SEMINARS IN TRAINING FOR THE ECONOMY OF THE REGION
Abstract
In modern conditions, the significance of science, innovations and the results of scientific discoveries is of great importance, since the competitiveness of the economy, the level and quality of life of the population depend on it. Discussion, exchange of knowledge and experience are in great demand in the process of personnel training, helping to build relationships with colleagues and partners in future professional activities, conduct discussions and negotiations.
The Vologda Scientific Center implements a systematic approach to training young scientists in the field of economics and management, one of the key areas of which is scientific seminars.
The article discusses the organizational, substantive and methodological aspects of scientific seminars at the Vologda Scientific Center, presents the main quantitative indicators of the work of these seminars, as well as the results of a survey of graduate students. The practical significance of the work lies in the fact that this experience can be used in scientific organizations and universities in the process of training personnel for the regional economy.
