COMMUNICATION SAFETY MANAGERS AND SOCIO-PSYCHOLOGICAL RISKS OF PROFESSIONAL ACTION
Abstract
In the article the author analyzes theoretical approaches to the study of factors of communicative security of the head. The components that increase the stability of the individual to social and psychological risks in the management of the head, which included personal characteristics: readiness for social risk, communication skills, ability to navigate in situations of communication, self-confidence, psychological aspirations for self-development, self-analysis and self-regulation. Also, there are three groups of bases of socio-psychological security: socio-perceptual, evaluative and transformative basis. It is concluded that the presence of communicative security can create conditions of protection from the risks of socio-psychological nature in the organization, and therefore can improve the social adaptability of the individual as a whole.
