"WELCOME" TRAINING AS A CONDITION FOR MOTIVATION AND ADAPTATION OF A NEW EMPLOYEE IN THE WORKPLACE

Abstract
In today's rapidly changing world, there is a growing need for the adaptation of young professionals in the organization in order to be most successfully included in organizational processes, where their personal and professional potential can be fully realized. The article reflects the results of a study of the relationship between indicators of socio-psychological adaptation of new employees. Psychodiagnostic tools: test of socio-psychological adaptation (K. Rogers, R. Diamond in the adaptation of A.K. Osnitsky); a multilevel personal questionnaire "Adaptiveness" (A.G. Maklakov, S.V. Chermyanin) and a questionnaire "Study of the psychological structure of temperament" (B.N. Smirnov). Mathematical and statistical methods: Pearson's correlation analysis. Individual typological features of the personality of the employees of the multifunctional center were found in the situation of adaptation in the institution. As a practical application of the results of the study, the "Welcome" training was used to adapt new employees to the organization. The experience of implementing this training has shown that it can demonstrate the basics of labor activity, the established traditions of the organization, the established standards of professional interaction, and also contributes to the development of labor motivation for new employees, which in turn can help reduce staff turnover, especially at the initial stage of entry into the profession.
