Abstract

The article highlights the problem of forecasting the prospective guidelines for the development of the national education institute in the aspect of its digital transformation. The trends of the digital service introduction in education on the way to achieving "digital maturity" are substantiated. The pilot study results of the introducing  digital service advantages in education based on an online survey are presented. Conclusions are drawn and the key advantages of the digital format of educational process building as a promising driver of country's socio-economic development  in the context of the national program's "Digital Economy of the Russian Federation" implementation are identified.
