Abstract

The article defines the professionally important qualities of managers. The special importance of an adequate level of risk preparedness is highlighted. A comparative analysis using the nonparametric method of mathematical statistics of the Mann-Whitney U –test is carried out. Significant correlations in two groups of subjects are presented.
