УДК 37.04
Abstract
In the modern domestic school there is a gradual transition from the idea of mass education to the design of the space of individual learning. The presented problem of the development of cognitive motivation of schoolchildren by introducing tutor support into the learning process is an actual example of the implementation of the principle of individualization of the educational process. The purpose of this article is to reveal the main possibilities of using tutor support in the process of increasing the educational motivation of adolescents. The research methods were comparative analysis and synthesis, generalization, concretization. The article analyzes a set of offline and online tutor support tools, and also identifies the main difficulties of their mass introduction into the educational process. Conclusions are drawn that tutor practice together with teaching allows creating the most effective conditions for the development of cognitive motivation of adolescents in a modern educational organization.
