Peer Review Policy

1. The manuscript undergoes plagiarism detection using the system http://asu.antiplagiat.ru. Evaluation by the Editorial Office is completed within 6 working days of receiving the manuscript, with authors being promptly informed of the review results.

2. Responsible editors assign two external reviewers in the relevant scientific field for each article, ensuring anonymous double-blind reviewing. Reviewers assess the article within two weeks and submit a detailed evaluation to the editorial office.

3. Reviewers evaluate various aspects of the article, including its alignment with the journal's scope and publication requirements, the significance of the addressed scientific problem, the study's theoretical or practical implications, the validity of the author's conclusions, and the author's contribution to the problem's resolution.

4. If revisions are suggested, authors receive the reviewer's feedback and are invited to address the comments in a revised manuscript. The revised article is then considered for publication.

5. The Editorial Board discusses received reviews in a meeting, making final decisions on publication based on the evaluations. The Board reserves the right to reject articles if authors are unwilling to accommodate editorial suggestions.

6. Original reviews are archived by the journal for five years post-publication. Articles are published based on the priority set by the editorial board.

7. Following acceptance, the editorial office manages the manuscript through the publication process according to the journal's workflow.

8. The Editorial Board commits to providing copies of reviews to the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation upon request.

9. The Editorial Board reserves the right to reject author submissions for publication under the following circumstances:
- Authors' failure to adhere to manuscript preparation guidelines
- Identification of plagiarism
- Material not aligning with the journal's scope
- Negative evaluation by a reviewer
- Author's refusal to revise the article

10. Manuscripts with negative reviews are not returned to the author and are not published. Accepted manuscripts are retained by the Editorial Board and not returned.
