FORMATION OF FUTURE TEACHERS OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES IN OUTSIDE ACTIVITIES OF THE UNIVERSITY
Abstract
The article discusses the problem of the formation of future teachers' professional competencies in the extracurricular activities of the university. The possibilities of extracurricular activities in solving this problem are analyzed. Particular attention is paid to such aspects as the volunteer movement, pedagogical practice, joint scientific activities of students and students, the participation of future teachers in career guidance work with schoolchildren, etc. The organizational and pedagogical conditions are theoretically substantiated to ensure the process of successful formation of future teachers' professional competencies in extracurricular activities.
