Abstract
The article deals with professionally important qualities of the personality of emergency workers. The psychogram of the EMERCOM employee is shown, the key characteristics of the personality structure are highlighted, taking into account the specifics of the work of EMERCOM employees. The study of the characteristics of the factors of resilience of emergency workers with different work experience and their relationship with emotional burnout is presented: an attempt is made to show the correlation between indicators of emotional burnout with such an indicator as the readiness to risk of emergency workers.
