ANALYSIS OF COMMUNICATIVE STRATEGIES OF VICTIM INTERROGATION (THA CASE OF INVESTIGATORS IN BARNAUL)

Abstract
The article presents the relevance of the subject under study, discusses communicative strategies for interrogating the victim and witness, their types, as well as the concept of communication and its types. The purpose of the study was to study the characteristic communication techniques of the investigators during the interrogation process, methods of studying the results and observation, questioning, and questioning. Furthermore, based on an empirical study of investigators in the city of Barnaul, the prevailing communicative interrogation strategies were established. The research hypothesis, which, taking into account the specifics of the investigator’s professional activity, was that the predominant strategies in communication with the interrogated would be cognitive and suggestive, was confirmed in terms of the use of the cognitive communication strategy.
