CORPORATE CULTURE AND EFFICIENCY OF EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATION

Abstract
The article substantiates the relevance of the question of finding tools to improve the efficiency of activity of educational organizations, among which attention is focused on corporate culture. The purpose of the work is to study the state of the corporate culture of an educational organization and make recommendations for its development to improve the efficiency of activity of the educational institution. The following research methods were used: questionnaire survey, analysis, synthesis, comparison, generalization. Based on the results of the study, the state of the corporate culture of the educational institution is determined as moderate. Recommendations are given for its development in order to improve the efficiency of activity, achievement of higher results are outlined: develop a corporate culture code, develop and implement corporate training programs, develop and implement a motivational program.
