EARLY VOCATIONAL GUIDANCE FOR OLDER PRESCHOOL CHILDREN: EXPERIENCE AND PROSPECTS

Abstract
The article examines the issues of early vocational guidance in preschool, highlights the most effective forms of work with children, describes the experience of implementing the municipal project "Municipal model of continuous support of professional self-determination of children and youth of Surgut district for 2021-2025". In conclusion, the authors outline the conditions for organizing effective work on early vocational guidance and the directions for further research.
