Abstract
Education is extremely important for the socio-economic development of any state. For modern China and Russia, training the population in the field of health education, especially in a situation of a prolonged pandemic, will ensure not only high rates of vaccination growth, but also improve the quality of education on this issue. It is impossible to modernize the model of development of states without changes in the education system. The PRC authorities proclaimed science and education to be the "basis" of socialist modernization and the "root" of the further development of Chinese society. The study of methodology and methodological approaches in the organization of work on hygienic education and training of the population contributes to the improvement of sanitary culture, the formation of a healthy lifestyle and ensuring the sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population.
