Аннотация

В статье приводится обзор зарубежных исследований, посвященных актуальной психолого-педагогической проблеме – профессиональное выгорание педагога в ХХI веке. События, которые произошли в мире в период Covid 19, затронули и образование, что привело к изменению деятельности педагогов, характера их взаимодействия с учащимися и их родителями. Это способствует в некоторых случаях проявлению симптомов профессионального выгорания. Авторы рассматривают основные стратегии исследования профессионального выгорания педагогов за рубежом и на основе анализа накопленных результатов дают общие рекомендации по его профилактике.
