A FACTOR MODEL OF SLEEP DISORDERS IN YOUNG PEOPLE
Abstract
The article presents an empirical study on the study of dysfunctional beliefs about sleep in the structure of insomnia formation. The authors analyze the features of dysfunctional beliefs about sleep as a mechanism of insomnia formation.
